Our approach to rental properties is a bit different than other property investors or landlords.  We don’t simply just rent homes.  We work with our renters to match them with right rental property.  It’s important to us that the property meets the needs of the renter and we help to keep it that way.  Whether its just a year or a long-term rental, its important to make it feel like home.


Life is busy, so we offer an array of rental add-ons to help our customers meet their day to day needs.  We help to remove the burden and stress of many home maintenance items including landscape maintenance and cleaning services to name a few.  We work with each customer to meet their individual needs.

Let’s face it, “flipping” is a huge trend right now, and sadly, anyone can say they’re a home flipper.  To some, a fresh coat of paint, some new carpet and a few new lights and voila - they can market it as a “flip”!  


At HSG, we take a different approach.  We don’t simply look to freshen things up, we look to bring the home up to date.  Style, colors, textures, finish materials and technology tend to have a major shift about every ten years.  That’s why we don’t just flip homes, we refurbish them.  When a buyer purchases a refurbished home from HSG, they can be assured that every new element in the home has been brought up to code, and the home has been brought up to date to meet current styles and trends.

Everyone is looking for that competitive edge when selling their home.  The average home seller will spend between one to six thousand dollars just getting their home ready to sell.  But how do you know you’re spending it on the right things.  


Above all, it’s a priority to make sure that all the mechanical system in the house are in top working order.  But beyond that, where are the smartest places to spend your money when prepping your home for sale?  For some, it’s as simple as some touch up paint and a new fan.  For others however, time has gotten away from them and some critical updates have never been done. We work with our customers to develop a pre-sale budget and the best way to apply those dollars in order to maximize the sale price of their home.
